## Blocks
1. Position cages I / V / VII + connect shifts  
2. Root–fifth tour (frets 0, 3, 5, 7) · Am pent box 1 · groups · box shift · groove-the-shape  
3. Daily 15 playable seeds (i–m, ghosts, gallop, phrase)  
4. Gallop / lead / mute / slap / timing / micro / closeout  

Match the Play track first, then alone. One job per block.
