na (न)indeclinablenot. With utsāhī (उत्साही) and bhavati (भवति). Recited joined: a plus u becomes o, so notsāhī (नोत्साही).
utsāhī (उत्साही)nominative singular, masculineeager, one who presses on. From utsāhin (उत्साहिन्). Agrees with the person carried from the previous line.
bhavati (भवति)present third person singularbecomes.

The phrases

yat is again the object of a gerund. The person of the previous line is the subject of the five finite verbs. Each na denies the verb it stands with. kiñcit (किञ्चित्) is the object only of vāñchati (वाञ्छति). utsāhī (उत्साही) agrees with that person and is the predicate of the last bhavati.

Sanskrit in this line

kiñcit (किञ्चित्) before v is recited kiñcid (किञ्चिद्), because t before a voiced consonant becomes d. na plus utsāhī (उत्साही) is notsāhī (नोत्साही), a plus u becoming o. yat plus prāpya (प्राप्य) keeps the t, since p is voiceless.
