कर्मको संस्कार एक ठाउँमा कल्पिन्छ र फल अर्को ठाउँमा। फल संस्कार भएकै ठाउँमा नमान्नुको कारण के हो?

The phrases

Two anyatras (अन्यत्र). The impression is put in the stream. The fruit is put out in a world of objects. The question is why the fruit is not the cognition, right where the vāsanā (वासना) sits.

tatra eva yatra vāsanā (तत्र एव यत्र वासना) is 'in the very place where the impression is.'

Sanskrit in this line

The pair yatra (यत्र) / tatra (तत्र) is where / there. eva (एव) locks tatra (तत्र) to that where.

Say it back

Where is the vāsanā (वासना), and where is the fruit being put?
