# The kit — pieces and limbs

| Piece | Limb | Job |

The right hand crosses over to the hat while the left stays on the snare. If that
feels wrong you are probably left-handed: mirror it, nothing else changes.

Both feet work. The right plays the kick; the left holds the hat shut, which is
what makes it a short "x" instead of a wash.
