ekatve na krameṇa iti yugapat na grahāgrahau vicchinnānekavṛttiś ca sūkṣmānīkṣā ca no bhavet

The line

In the case of oneness there is no going by steps, no simultaneous grasping and not-grasping, no turning up in many separated places, and no beholding of the subtle.

Where it sits

The atom failed in verses 12 to 14. The single whole fails here. Verse 16 moves to a new objection: perception itself. The opponent says 'I see it, so it is there.'

Split: ekatve (एकत्वे) + na (न) + krameṇa (क्रमेण) + iti (इति) + yugapat (युगपत्) + na (न) + graha-agrahau (ग्रह-अग्रहौ) + vicchinna-aneka-vṛttiḥ (विच्छिन्न-अनेक-वृत्तिः) + ca (च) + sūkṣmān-īkṣā (सूक्ष्मान्-ईक्षा) + ca (च) + no (नो) + bhavet (भवेत्)

The phrases

Verse 11 said the object is not one. This verse says what you would lose if it were one whole with no parts. You could not walk across it. You could not see some of it and miss some of it at the same time. It could not be in separated places. The small would not be unseen inside the large.

The file runs the words together: krameṇetiryugapanna (क्रमेणेतिर्युगपन्न). Split krameṇa iti (क्रमेण इति), and yugapat na (युगपत् न).

Sanskrit in this line

ekatve (एकत्वे) is a locative used as 'given oneness.' The dual grahāgrahau (ग्रहाग्रहौ) is one yes and one no, at the same moment, which a partless single thing cannot support.
