the Pratyabhijñāhṛdayam (प्रत्यभिज्ञाहृदयम्)
तत्परिज्ञाने चित्तमेवान्तर्मुखीभावेन चेतनपदाध्यारोहात् चितिः tatparijñāne cittam evāntarmukhībhāvena cetanapadādhyārohāt citiḥ
The line
When that is fully known, the mind itself, by facing inward, from the climb onto the state of the conscious, is consciousness.
नेपालीमा
त्यो राम्ररी चिन्दा, मन आफैँ, भित्र फर्केर, चेतन अवस्थामा चढेर, चिति हो।
Where it sits
The Śiva Sūtra (शिव सूत्र) 3.1 said the self is the mind. Here the mind, known and turned in, is citi (चिति) again. 14 says the fire of that citi (चिति) burns what there is to know.
Split: tatparijñāne (तत्परिज्ञाने) + cittam (चित्तम्) + eva (एव) + antarmukhībhāvena (अन्तर्मुखीभावेन) + cetanapadādhyārohāt (चेतनपदाध्यारोहात्) + citiḥ (चितिः)

The phrases
When that is known, cittam eva (चित्तमेव) is citiḥ (चितिः). The instrumental is the turn inward. The ablative is the climb back onto the conscious state. 5 was the descent. This is the return.
Sanskrit in this line
cetanapadādhyārohāt (चेतनपदाध्यारोहात्) is one ablative. pada (पद) plus adhyāroha (अध्यारोह) joins as padādhyāroha (पदाध्यारोह). It is not two ablatives. citiḥ (चितिः) at the end is the predicate of cittam (चित्तम्).
Say it back
Say what the mind is, once that is fully known.
