Lesson 24: Numbers stops at दश. Eleven through nineteen do not change for a man, a woman, or a thing, in the subject or the object. They follow पञ्च in the other jobs: the ending sits on the number, and the noun keeps its own ending.

The other jobs of eleven: एकादशभिः, एकादशभ्यः, एकादशानाम्, एकादशसु. Twelve and the rest take the same endings on their own word. षोडश makes षोडशभिः.

| गुरुः द्वादश छात्रान् पश्यति। | The teacher sees twelve students. |
| पञ्चदशभिः छात्रैः सह अहं गच्छामि। | I go with fifteen students. |
| षोडश पुस्तकानि सन्ति। | There are sixteen books. |
