Śiva (शिव) Sūtra (सूत्र)

मात्रास्वप्रत्ययसन्धाने नष्टस्य पुनरुत्थानम् mātrāsvapratyayasandhāne naṣṭasya punarutthānam

The line

When one's own awareness is joined to the measures, what was lost rises again.

नेपालीमा

आफ्नो बोध मात्राहरूमा जोडिँदा हराएको फेरि उठ्छ।

Where it sits

Kṣemarāja (क्षेमराज) reads the long locative as that joining. The other cut, mātrāsu (मात्रासु), would put the joining in the measures. Both cuts are in the letters. The genitive naṣṭasya (नष्टस्य) is what rises.

Split: mātrāsvapratyayasandhāne (मात्रास्वप्रत्ययसन्धाने) + naṣṭasya (नष्टस्य) + punar (पुनर्) + utthānam (उत्थानम्)

The phrases

When the measures and one's own awareness are joined, what was lost rises again. The lost thing is the even seeing, or the fourth, from the lines just above. The line says of what was lost.

Sanskrit in this line

punaḥ (पुनः) before u (उ) loses visarga and the recited form is punarutthānam (पुनरुत्थानम्). Visarga before a vowel becomes r (र्). naṣṭasya (नष्टस्य) is genitive, so the rising belongs to the lost thing.

Say it back

Say the locative one way, then say the other cut in one sentence.
