A breathing-into, of the three and of what precedes them. One nominative. The fourth, which precedes the three, is the breath this noun names.
Sanskrit in this line
One compound. tripad (त्रिपद्) plus ādi (आदि) joins as tripadādi (त्रिपदादि), short a (अ) plus long ā (आ) inside the join becoming long ā (आ) only where the stems meet: pada (पद) plus ādi (आदि) is padādi (पदादि).
