Vijñāna Bhairava (विज्ञान भैरव)

प्रसादं कुरु मे नाथ निःशेषं छिन्द्धि संशयम् ।
साधु साधु त्वया पृष्टं तन्त्रसारमिदम् प्रिये
prasādaṃ kuru me nātha niḥśeṣaṃ chinddhi saṃśayam |
sādhu sādhu tvayā pṛṣṭaṃ tantrasāram idam priye

The line

Make grace for me, O lord. Cut the doubt without remainder. Well asked, well asked. You have asked the essence of the tantra (तन्त्र), beloved.

Where it sits

bhairava uvāca (भैरव उवाच) stands between the two lines and has no number. This one number holds her last request and the start of his answer. Some books split them and count 163. This book keeps them as one śloka (श्लोक).

Split: prasādam (प्रसादम्) + kuru (कुरु) + me (मे) + nātha (नाथ) + niḥśeṣam (निःशेषम्) + chinddhi (छिन्द्धि) + saṃśayam (संशयम्) + sādhu (साधु) + sādhu (साधु) + tvayā (त्वया) + pṛṣṭam (पृष्टम्) + tantrasāram (तन्त्रसारम्) + idam (इदम्) + priye (प्रिये)

The phrases

The first line is still the Goddess: two imperatives, kuru (कुरु) and chinddhi (छिन्द्धि). The second line is Bhairava (भैरव). tvayā pṛṣṭam (त्वया पृष्टम्) is again a passive. The thing asked is tantrasāram (तन्त्रसारम्).

Sanskrit in this line

chinddhi (छिन्द्धि) doubles the d (द्) of chid (छिद्) in the imperative. priye (प्रिये) is the feminine vocative, so the beloved he addresses is the Goddess.
