Vijñāna Bhairava / Verses 24 to 50
Verses 24 to 50
Summary
Verses 24 to 50 are the first run of teachings. Attention is directed at the breath, at a sound as it dies, at the pause between two breaths, and at other edges the verses name. Most verses carry one teaching. A few teachings take two verses. The 112 dhāraṇās run across verses 24–138. The page says the claim. It does not train the attention.
