Something known gives duality, the outer light, and darkness again. Having known the universe and the rest as the form of Bhairava (भैरव), one bears endless brightness.

Where it sits
Knowing a little is what the verse says gives two-ness. Knowing the world as Bhairava (भैरव)'s form is the other clause.
Split: kiñcit (किञ्चित्) + jñātam (ज्ञातम्) + dvaitadāyi (द्वैतदायि) + bāhyālokaḥ (बाह्यालोकः) + tamaḥ (तमः) + punaḥ (पुनः) + viśvādi (विश्वादि) + bhairavam (भैरवम्) + rūpam (रूपम्) + jñātvā (ज्ञात्वा) + anantaprakāśabhṛt (अनन्तप्रकाशभृत्)
