Alternate lab — any shape, strict DUDU

Build a drill cell or a scale-shape run with strict alternate picking. Defaults lean alternate + minor pentatonic + 6 strings, with 2/4/6 presets and 4/4-friendly updowns. Intention: load real scale systems under DUDU — not abstract picking alone. Lessons: Alternate picking (scales job).

          Start with the 2 / 4 / 6 presets, then open Scale shape. Up-then-down repeats the peak for clean 4/4.
