The line

When the wind moves, the mind moves. When the wind is still, the mind becomes still. The yogin reaches the state of a post, and then he should restrain the wind.

नेपालीमा

वायु चल्दा मन चल्छ, र वायु स्थिर हुँदा मन स्थिर हुन्छ। योगी खम्बाको अवस्थामा पुग्छ, अनि उसले वायु रोक्नुपर्छ।

Where it sits

The pāda (पाद) break after bhavet (भवेत्) is restored. Vāta (वात) and vāyu (वायु) are the wind. Stāṇutva (स्ताणुत्व) is the state of a post. The fourth chapter will say mind and wind bind each other, at 4.21.

Split: cale (चले) vāte (वाते) calaṃ (चलं) cittaṃ (चित्तं) niścale (निश्चले) niścalaṃ (निश्चलं) bhavet (भवेत्) / yogī (योगी) sthāṇutvam (स्थाणुत्वम्) āpnoti (आप्नोति) tato (ततो) vāyuṃ (वायुं) nirodhayet (निरोधयेत्)
