Haṭha (हठ) Yoga Pradīpikā (प्रदीपिका)
तत्सिद्धये विधानज्ञाश् चित्रान् कुर्वन्ति कुम्भकान् ।
विचित्रकुम्भकाभ्यासाद् विचित्रां सिद्धिमाप्नुयात् tatsiddhaye vidhānajñāś citrān kurvanti kumbhakān |
vicitrakumbhakābhyāsād vicitrāṃ siddhim āpnuyāt
