Haṭha (हठ) Yoga Pradīpikā (प्रदीपिका)

इयं तु मध्यमा नाडी दृढाभ्यासेन योगिनाम् ।
आसनप्राणसंयाममुद्राभिः सरला भवेत्
iyaṃ tu madhyamā nāḍī dṛḍhābhyāsena yoginām |
āsanaprāṇasaṃyāmamudrābhiḥ saralā bhavet

The line

This middle channel, by firm practice of the yogins, becomes straight, by the seats, the restraint of prāṇa (प्राण), and the mudrā (मुद्रा) seals.

नेपालीमा

योगीहरूको दृढ अभ्यासले, आसनले, प्राणको निरोधले र मुद्राका छापले यो बीचको नाडी सीधा हुन्छ।

Where it sits

Madhyamā nāḍī (मध्यमा नाडी) is suṣumṇā (सुषुम्णा). Saralā (सरला) is straight, the straightness 3.68 already gave the serpent.

Split: iyaṃ (इयं) tu (तु) madhyamā (मध्यमा) nāḍī (नाडी) dṛḍhābhyāsena (दृढाभ्यासेन) yoginām (योगिनाम्) / āsana (आसन) + prāṇa (प्राण) + saṃyāma (संयाम) + mudrābhiḥ (मुद्राभिः) saralā (सरला) bhavet (भवेत्)
