Haṭha (हठ) Yoga Pradīpikā (प्रदीपिका)

कुलीनं तमहं मन्ये चेतरे कुलघातकाः
gomāṃsaṃ bhakṣayen nityaṃ pibed amaravāruṇīm |
kulīnaṃ tam ahaṃ manye cetare kulaghātakāḥ

The line

He should always eat the flesh of the cow and drink the deathless vāruṇī (वारुणी). I think him a man of good family. The others are destroyers of the family.

नेपालीमा

उसले सधैँ गाईको मासु खानुपर्छ र अमर वारुणी पिउनुपर्छ। म उसलाई कुलीन मान्छु। अरू कुलका नाशक हुन्।

Where it sits

The next two verses decode the code. Go-māṃsa (गो-मांस) is the tongue entered into the palate, at 3.48. Amara-vāruṇī (अमर-वारुणी) is the cool essence flowing from the moon, at 3.49. The sitting teaches the code the verses themselves give.

Split: gomāṃsaṃ (गोमांसं) bhakṣayen (भक्षयेन्) nityaṃ (नित्यं) pibed (पिबेद्) amara (अमर) + vāruṇīm (वारुणीम्) / kulīnaṃ (कुलीनं) tam (तम्) ahaṃ (अहं) manye (मन्ये) cetare (चेतरे) kula (कुल) + ghātakāḥ (घातकाः)
