Haṭha (हठ) Yoga Pradīpikā (प्रदीपिका)
चित्तायत्तं नॄणां शुक्रं शुक्रायत्तं च जीवितम् ।
तस्माच् छुक्रं मनश् चैव रक्षणीयं प्रयत्नतः cittāyattaṃ nṝṇāṃ śukraṃ śukrāyattaṃ ca jīvitam |
tasmāc chukraṃ manaś caiva rakṣaṇīyaṃ prayatnataḥ
The line
Men's semen depends on the mind, and life depends on the semen. Therefore semen and mind are to be guarded with effort.

पुरुषहरूको वीर्य मनमा निर्भर हुन्छ, र जीवन वीर्यमा निर्भर हुन्छ। त्यसैले वीर्य र मन प्रयाससहित जोगाउनुपर्छ।
