Haṭha (हठ) Yoga Pradīpikā (प्रदीपिका)
सव्यदक्षिणनाडीस्थो मध्ये चरति मारुतः ।
तिष्ठते खेचरी मुद्रा तस्मिन् स्थाने न संशयः savyadakṣiṇanāḍīstho madhye carati mārutaḥ |
tiṣṭhate khecarī mudrā tasmin sthāne na saṃśayaḥ
The line
The wind that stands in the left and the right channel moves in the middle. The khecarī (खेचरी) mudrā (मुद्रा) stands in that place. The verse says there is no doubt.
नेपालीमा
बायाँ र दाहिने नाडीमा उभिने वायु बीचमा चल्छ। खेचरी मुद्रा त्यस ठाउँमा उभिन्छ। श्लोकले भन्छ, शङ्का छैन।
