Haṭha (हठ) Yoga Pradīpikā (प्रदीपिका)

मनोदृश्यमिदं सर्वं यत् किंचित् सचराचरम् ।
मनसो ह्युन्मनीभावाद् द्वैतं नैवोलभ्यते
manodṛśyam idaṃ sarvaṃ yat kiṃcit sacarācaram |
manaso hy unmanībhāvād dvaitaṃ naivolabhyate

The line

All this, moving and unmoving, is what the mind sees. From the mind's becoming unmanī (उन्मनी), the verse says duality is not found.

नेपालीमा

यो सबै, चल्ने र नचल्ने, मनले देख्ने कुरा हो। मन उन्मनी भएपछि श्लोकले द्वैत भेटिँदैन भन्छ।

Where it sits

The naiva (नैव) is the verse's own, said of dvaita (द्वैत). Unmanī (उन्मनी) is the state beyond the mind.

Split: mano (मनो) + dṛśyam (दृश्यम्) idaṃ (इदं) sarvaṃ (सर्वं) yat (यत्) kiṃcit (किंचित्) sa (स) + carācaram (चराचरम्) / manaso (मनसो) hy (ह्य्) unmanī (उन्मनी) + bhāvād (भावाद्) dvaitaṃ (द्वैतं) naivolabhyate (नैवोलभ्यते)
