the Pratyabhijñāhṛdayam (प्रत्यभिज्ञाहृदयम्)

चितिसंकोचात्मा चेतनोऽपि संकुचितविश्वमयः citisaṃkocātmā cetano 'pi saṃkucitaviśvamayaḥ

The line

Even the conscious one, whose nature is the contraction of consciousness, is made of a contracted universe.

नेपालीमा

चेतन पनि, जसको स्वभाव चितिको संकोच हो, संकुचित विश्वबाट बनेको हुन्छ।

Where it sits

This is the first step down from the free citi (चिति). 5 names the mind as that same consciousness once she has come down.

Split: citisaṃkocātmā (चितिसंकोचात्मा) + cetanaḥ (चेतनः) + api (अपि) + saṃkucitaviśvamayaḥ (संकुचितविश्वमयः)

The phrases

Even cetanaḥ (चेतनः), the one who is conscious, has contraction as his nature, and so he is made of a universe that has been contracted. api (अपि) is the turn: consciousness does not stay only as the free citi (चिति) of 1.

Sanskrit in this line

cetanaḥ (चेतनः) plus api (अपि) is cetano 'pi (चेतनोऽपि). The visarga becomes o (ओ), and the a (अ) of api (अपि) is the avagraha.
