इच्छाशक्तिरुमा कुमारी icchāśaktir umā kumārī
The line
The power of will is Umā (उमा), the maiden.

इच्छाको शक्ति उमा कुमारी हो।
Where it sits
The second awakening is the means of Śakti (शक्ति). This is the line in the first awakening that names her, as will, and gives her the name Umā (उमा).
