Fire's power to burn is not observed as something standing apart from fire. This is only a beginning, in the being of knowing, for the entering.

आगोको दाहक शक्ति आगोभन्दा अलग देखिँदैन। ज्ञानको सत्तामा प्रवेश गर्न यो एउटा सुरुवात मात्र हो।
Where it sits
The entering is the next verse. The fire is the picture. The thing entered is the state of śakti (शक्ति).
Split: na (न) + vahneḥ (वह्नेः) + dāhikā (दाहिका) + śaktiḥ (शक्तिः) + vyatiriktā (व्यतिरिक्ता) + vibhāvyate (विभाव्यते) + kevalam (केवलम्) + jñānasattāyām (ज्ञानसत्तायाम्) + prārambhaḥ (प्रारम्भः) + ayam (अयम्) + praveśane (प्रवेशने)

The phrases
The simile is fire and the power that burns it. The verse's na (न) says that power is not found standing apart. ayam prārambhaḥ (अयम् प्रारम्भः) then calls the simile only a beginning, located in knowing, for an entering.
Sanskrit in this line
prārambho 'yam (प्रारम्भोऽयम्) is prārambhaḥ (प्रारम्भः) plus ayam (अयम्). Visarga before a (अ) becomes o (ओ), and the a (अ) is shown by the avagraha.
Say it back
Say what the fire simile is for, in the verse's word prārambha (प्रारम्भ).
