yatra yatrākṣamārgeṇa caitanyaṃ vyajyate vibhoḥ |
tasya tanmātradharmitvāc cillayād bharitātmatā

The line

Wherever by a sense's path the consciousness of the pervading one is manifested, from having that alone as its property, from the dissolution of awareness, there is the state of a self that is fullness.

Where it sits

caitanya (चैतन्य) is the first word of the Śiva Sūtra (शिव सूत्र): consciousness is the self. Here it is manifested on a sense's path, and the fruit is fullness, bharita (भरित), again.

Split: yatra (यत्र) + yatra (यत्र) + akṣamārgeṇa (अक्षमार्गेण) + caitanyam (चैतन्यम्) + vyajyate (व्यज्यते) + vibhoḥ (विभोः) + tasya (तस्य) + tanmātradharmitvāt (तन्मात्रधर्मित्वात्) + cillayāt (चिल्लयात्) + bharitātmatā (भरितात्मता)
