Vijñāna Bhairava (विज्ञान भैरव)
tatra tatra śivāvasthā vyāpakatvāt kva yāsyati
The line
Wherever the mind goes, outside or even inside, there and there is the state of Śiva (शिव). Because of its pervading, where will it go?
Where it sits
The question kva yāsyati (क्व यास्यति) is the verse's own. A pervading state has nowhere else to go. 74 had said wherever satisfaction is. This verse says wherever the mind goes.
Split: yatra (यत्र) + yatra (यत्र) + manaḥ (मनः) + yāti (याति) + bāhye (बाह्ये) + vā (वा) + abhyantare (अभ्यन्तरे) + api (अपि) + vā (वा) + tatra (तत्र) + tatra (तत्र) + śivāvasthā (शिवावस्था) + vyāpakatvāt (व्यापकत्वात्) + kva (क्व) + yāsyati (यास्यति)
