Alankars with playback

Short note patterns for fingers and breath. Press Play to hear a real bansuri sample pitched to your Sa (practice bar below). Then echo on your flute.

M in early patterns = tivra Ma (all holes open). Shuddha Ma is written m. Komal notes use lowercase r g d n. See komal & tivra. High Pa / Dha / Ni forks: high register & alternates.

How to practise these

  1. Turn on the Sa drone. Match your three-hole Sa to it before any pattern.
  2. Play the sample once while watching the lit swaras.
  3. Echo on flute — same speed or slower. Clarity before metro.
  4. Two clean rounds, then the next card. Stop while tone is still honest.

Tone drills: Practice routine. Tunes: Simple songs. Learn the climb on One hole at a time; keep fingering charts open for forks and half-holes.
