eṣa pratyayasargo viparyayāśaktituṣṭisiddhyākhyaḥ guṇavaiṣamyavimardāt tasya ca bhedās tu pañcāśat

The line

This creation of the intellect is called error, incapacity, contentment, and success. From the strands' uneven grinding, its divisions are fifty.

नेपालीमा

बुद्धिको यो सृष्टि भ्रम, अशक्ति, सन्तोष र सिद्धि भनिन्छ। गुणको असमान रगडाइबाट त्यसका विभाग पचास हुन्छन्।

Where it sits

You do not need to memorize sixty-two subforms to understand the book. You need the four names and the reason the count is fifty. The subforms are a traditional inventory of how intellect fails and how it succeeds.

Split: eṣaḥ (एषः) + pratyaya-sargaḥ (प्रत्यय-सर्गः) + viparyaya-aśakti-tuṣṭi-siddhi-ākhyaḥ (विपर्यय-अशक्ति-तुष्टि-सिद्धि-आख्यः) + guṇa-vaiṣamya-vimardāt (गुण-वैषम्य-विमर्दात्) + tasya (तस्य) + ca (च) + bhedāḥ (भेदाः) + tu (तु) + pañcāśat (पञ्चाशत्)

The further breakdown of error into sixty-two subforms, in verse 48, is inside the five. It is not added on top of the fifty.
