The line

The right foot placed at the root of the left thigh, the left foot wrapped outside the knee, taking hold and staying with the limbs turned: that would be the seat taught by the glorious Matsyanātha (मत्स्यनाथ).

Where it sits

The reading is matsyanāthoditam (मत्स्यनाथोदितम्), matsyanātha (मत्स्यनाथ) joined to uditam (उदितम्). The file had dropped the n (न्). 1.29 says what the seat gives.
