The line

It is done in eight ways, watch by watch, day by day. For one who has put together a store of merit it always breaks the flood of pāpa (पाप). For those who have been properly taught, this much is the first sādhana (साधन).

Where it sits

Three quarters. Yāma (याम) is a watch of the day. The first sādhana (साधन) closes, and khecarī (खेचरी) begins.
