The line

A little more than a moment, he should practice day by day. Wrinkles and grey hair are not seen after six months. The one who practices a mere watch every day conquers time.

Where it sits

The verse's own schedule: a moment, then more, then a watch. The na dṛśyate (न दृश्यते) is the verse's own, said of wrinkles and grey hair.
