The line

Healthy, in the waking state, the one who stands as if asleep, free of breath in and breath out, is released, for certain.

नेपालीमा

स्वस्थ, जागेको अवस्थामा, सुतेझैँ उभिने, भित्रिने श्वास र निस्किने श्वासबाट मुक्त, ऊ निश्चय मुक्त हुन्छ।

Where it sits

Jāgrat (जाग्रत्) is waking. Suptavat (सुप्तवत्) is as if asleep. The two breaths are absent. The verse calls that released.

Split: svastho (स्वस्थो) jāgrad (जाग्रद्) avasthāyāṃ (अवस्थायां) suptavad (सुप्तवद्) yo'vatiṣṭhate (योऽवतिष्ठते) / niḥśvāsocchvāsa (निःश्वासोच्छ्वास) + hīnaś (हीनश्) ca (च) niścitaṃ (निश्चितं) mukta (मुक्त) eva (एव) saḥ (सः)
