The line

So long as the moving wind has not entered the middle path, so long as the bond born of the prāṇa-wind has not become firm for the knower, so long as in meditation a truth like the natural one has not been born, the knowledge that speaks this is boast and empty talk.

Where it sits

The chapter's last verse. Each yāvan na (यावन् न) is the verse's own: until the wind is in the middle, until the bond is firm, until the natural truth is born in meditation, the talk that says the knowledge is boast and empty talk. The three conditions are the practice the book has been teaching. Madhya-mārga (मध्य-मार्ग) is the middle path. Sahaja (सहज) is the natural, one of the names at 4.4.
