Haṭha (हठ) Yoga Pradīpikā (प्रदीपिका)

unmanyavāptaye śīghraṃ bhrūdhyānaṃ mama saṃmatam |
rājayogapadaṃ prāptuṃ sukhopāyo'lpacetasām |
sadyaḥ pratyayasandhāyī jāyate nādajo layaḥ

The line

For the quick obtaining of unmanī (उन्मनी), meditation on the brows is what I approve. For obtaining the place of rāja (राज) yoga it is an easy means for small minds. A dissolution born of nāda (नाद) arises at once, joining one to conviction.

Where it sits

Svātmārāma (स्वात्माराम)'s own approval, in the first person. The brows were the gaze of siddhāsana (सिद्धासन). The dissolution born of the sound is the easy means he names.
