Itihāsa / Rāmāyaṇa chronicle
Rāmāyaṇa chronicle
Sāra-saṃgraha (सारसंग्रह). Fifty sittings. The story, in order. Not the verse-by-verse shelf.
The journey of living dharma, in fifty sittings, from the crane at the river to the Sarayū. All seven kāṇḍas are walked, including Uttara, which is later in voice than the six. The shelf keeps it and says so. A sitting is a chapter of the story, not a verse-chapter.
One line is recited, the curse that became the first verse. Everything else points at the poem and does not sit it. The Yoga Vāsiṣṭha is a different book in Rāma's frame. It is not one of the seven.
