Lesson 13: Those

Index · Lesson 12: He, She, and That · Lesson 14: Adjectives

Lesson 3 used ते, ताः, and तानि as “they.” This lesson is the other jobs of those words. The idea matches the noun plurals in Lessons 7 through 9. A few of the forms differ, so learn this column on its own.

“For them” and “from them” share a form. Women’s “of them” is तासाम्. Lesson 8’s “of the women students” was छात्राणाम्. The pronoun has its own “of” form.
