| लेखन्या अहं लिखामि। | I write with a pen. कलमले म लेख्छु। लेखन्या is “with the pen,” like नद्या. |

| मञ्जूषायां वस्त्रम् अस्ति। | Cloth is in the box. बाकसमा लुगा छ। मञ्जूषायाम् is written मञ्जूषायां before a consonant. वस्त्रम् keeps म् because अस्ति starts with a vowel. |
| छत्रेण सह अहं गच्छामि। | I go with an umbrella. छातासँग म जान्छु। छत्रेण is “with the umbrella.” |
| दर्व्या अहम् ओदनं खादामि। | I eat rice with a ladle. डाडुले म भात खान्छु। दर्व्या is “with the ladle,” like नद्या. अहम् keeps म् because ओदनम् starts with a vowel. |
