स्वशक्तिप्रचयोऽस्य विश्वम् svaśaktipracayo 'sya viśvam

The universe is the expansion of his own power.

With 1.14 and 1.18, this is the line that keeps the world inside the self's power. 3.31 carries the same subject into maintenance and dissolution.
