From saṃyama (संयम) on the center inside the nose, what remains here for the right, the left, and suṣumnā (सुषुम्ना)?
नेपालीमा
नाकभित्रको बीचको संयमबाट दायाँ, बायाँ र सुषुम्नाका लागि यहाँ के रहन्छ?
Where it sits
The three channels are named so the question can dismiss the need to choose among them. The line does not give a breathing practice. It asks what they still are, once the hold is on the center.
Split: nāsikāntarmadhyasaṃyamāt (नासिकान्तर्मध्यसंयमात्) + kim (किम्) + atra (अत्र) + savyāpasavyasauṣumneṣu (सव्यापसव्यसौषुम्नेषु)

Sanskrit in this line
Ablative āt (आत्) stays before k (क्). The locative plural eṣu (एषु) covers three stems in one dvandva. suṣumnā (सुषुम्ना) becomes the adjective sauṣumna (सौषुम्न) by vṛddhi (वृद्धि) of the first vowel.
