1.22
मृदुमध्याधिमात्रत्वात् ततोऽपि विशेषः
mṛdu-madhyādhimātratvāt tato 'pi viśeṣaḥ
The line
Even among them there is a difference: mild, middling, intense.

Where it sits
1.21 said keen urgency brings the samādhi (समाधि) near. This line refuses to leave “keen” as one lump. The path of 1.17–1.22 is now complete: two samādhis (समाधि), who reaches the other, and how near it is.
Split: mṛdu (मृदु) + madhya (मध्य) + adhimātratvāt (अधिमात्रत्वात्) + tataḥ (ततः) + api (अपि) + viśeṣaḥ (विशेषः)

The phrases
mṛdu-madhyādhimātratvāt (मृदुमध्याधिमात्रत्वात्) is one ablative compound: because there is mild, middling, and intense. madhya (मध्य) + adhimātra (अधिमात्र) joins by a (अ) + a (अ) = ā (आ). The -tva (त्व) makes a noun of the quality, “the being-intense,” and the three degrees share it.
tataḥ api (ततः अपि) is recited tato 'pi (ततोऽपि). aḥ (अः) + a (अ) again, the same change as śeṣo 'nyaḥ (शेषोऽन्यः) in 1.18. viśeṣaḥ (विशेषः) is the nominative: there is a distinction even among the keen.
Sanskrit in this line
The new piece is -tva (त्व), the suffix that names a state, and -tvāt (त्वात्), that state in the ablative: “because of being so.” You already know a (अ) + a (अ) = ā (आ) and aḥ (अः) + a (अ) = o (ओ) with avagraha. Both are in this line on purpose.
Say it back
Say the three degrees, then the ending that means “because of that state”: -tvāt (त्वात्).
