The phrases

The opening locative changes noun: not pratiṣṭhāyām (प्रतिष्ठायाम्) but sthairye (स्थैर्ये), steadiness in non-grasping. The fruit is knowledge of the how of birth. kathaṃtā (कथंता) is “howness.” saṃbodhaḥ (संबोधः) is the knowing.

Sanskrit in this line

sthairya (स्थैर्य) is an abstract in -ya (य), “the state of being steady,” and its locative is -e (ए). kathaṃ (कथं) is “how?” and -tā (ता) makes it a noun, “the how.” You have had -tva (त्व) for a state. -tā (ता) is the feminine cousin, the same job.

Say it back

Say the fifth restraint and its fruit. Notice the locative word changed.
