bahir akalpitā vṛttir mahāvidehā tataḥ prakāśāvaraṇa-kṣayaḥ
The line
An outward activity that is not imagined is the great bodiless state. From it, the covering of the light dwindles.
नेपालीमा
कल्पना नगरिएको बाहिरी वृत्ति महान् विदेह अवस्था हो। त्यसबाट प्रकाशको आवरण घट्छ।
Where it sits
A power that is also a return to the light of 2.52. “Not imagined” matters. A pictured exit from the body is not this. 3.44 begins the mastery of the elements, in five layers.
Split: bahiḥ (बहिः) + akalpitā (अकल्पिता) + vṛttiḥ (वृत्तिः) + mahāvidehā (महाविदेहा) + tataḥ (ततः) + prakāśa (प्रकाश) + āvaraṇa (आवरण) + kṣayaḥ (क्षयः)

The phrases
An outward activity that is not imagined is called the great bodiless. bahiḥ akalpitā (बहिः अकल्पिता) is recited bahir akalpitā (बहिरकल्पिता), ḥ (ः) before a vowel becoming r (र्). vṛttiḥ (वृत्तिः) and mahāvidehā (महाविदेहा) are both feminine nominatives.
From that, the covering of the light dwindles. prakāśa (प्रकाश) + āvaraṇa (आवरण) is a (अ) + ā (आ) = ā (आ). You met this covering at 2.52, dwindling from the fourth breath. Here it dwindles from the bodiless activity.
Sanskrit in this line
ḥ (ः) before a vowel becomes r (र्) when the vowel before the ḥ (ः) is not a (अ). bahiḥ a- (बहिः अ) is bahir a- (बहिर). Feminine agreement links akalpitā (अकल्पिता), vṛttiḥ (वृत्तिः), and mahāvidehā (महाविदेहा). tataḥ (ततः) starts the second sentence of the line.
Say it back
Say what is not imagined. Then the fruit, which you have met before: the covering dwindles.
