Split: vastu (वस्तु) + sāmye (साम्ये) + citta (चित्त) + bhedāt (भेदात्) + tayoḥ (तयोः) + vibhaktaḥ (विभक्तः) + panthāḥ (पन्थाः)

The phrases

Toward the same thing, minds differ, so the road of the thing and the road of the mind are separate. vastu-sāmye (वस्तुसाम्ये) is locative. citta-bhedāt (चित्तभेदात्) is ablative, the because. tayoḥ (तयोः) is dual, the two roads' owners. panthāḥ (पन्थाः) is nominative, “the road,” and vibhaktaḥ (विभक्तः) agrees with it.

If the thing were only a mind's painting, two minds could not differ about one thing and still be talking about a thing. The roads are separate.

Sanskrit in this line

panthāḥ (पन्थाः) is the nominative of pathin (पथिन्) “road,” an irregular noun. Learn the one form. tayoḥ (तयोः) is the genitive dual of tad (तद्), “of those two.” Locative for the shared thing, ablative for the differing minds.

Say it back

Say the two roads. Thing, and mind. They are separate.
