Where it sits

The fruit of 3.47. 3.49 goes one step past pradhāna (प्रधान), to the discernment that sattva and puruṣa (पुरुष) differ, and the knowership that comes with only that discernment left.

Split: tataḥ (ततः) + manas (मन) + javitvam (जवित्वम्) + vikaraṇa (विकरण) + bhāvaḥ (भावः) + pradhāna (प्रधान) + jayaḥ (जयः) + ca (च)

The phrases

From that, three fruits. Speed of mind. Functioning without a sense-organ. And mastery of pradhāna (प्रधान). jayaḥ ca (जयः च) is jayaś ca (जयश् च). manas (मन) plus javitva (जवित्व) is mano-javitva (मनोजवित्व): an -as (अस्) stem before a consonant often appears as mano (मनो).

Pradhāna (प्रधान) is a further reach than the senses. Mastery of the senses opens onto mastery of the source of the seen.

Sanskrit in this line

mano (मनो) is manas (मन) in composition. Worth recognizing so you do not look up mano (मनो) as a different word. -tva (त्व) is “the state of being swift.” ca (च) adds the third fruit, and ḥ (ः) before c (च्) is ś (श्).

Say it back

Name the three fruits. The third is the one that points past the senses.
