The line
Powers are born of birth, herbs, mantra, discipline, or samādhi (समाधि).
नेपालीमा
सिद्धिहरू जन्म, औषधि, मन्त्र, तप वा समाधिबाट जन्मन्छन्।
Where it sits
The last pāda (पाद) opens by taking the powers off their pedestal. Five sources, one name. 4.2 and 4.3 will say how a change of birth happens at all: prakṛti (प्रकृति) overflows, and the occasion only opens a covering.
Split: janma (जन्म) + auṣadhi (औषधि) + mantra (मन्त्र) + tapaḥ (तपः) + samādhi (समाधि) + jāḥ (जाः) + siddhayaḥ (सिद्धयः)

The phrases
Powers are born of birth, herbs, mantra, discipline, or samādhi (समाधि). janma (जन्म) + auṣadhi (औषधि) is a (अ) + au (औ) = au (औ), but the recited join is janmauṣadhi (जन्मौषधि): a (अ) + au (औ) becomes au (औ). The plural -jāḥ (जाः) sits on samādhi (समाधि). siddhayaḥ (सिद्धयः) is the predicate.
The third pāda (पाद) described powers as if they came from saṃyama (संयम). This line widens the source. Saṃyama (संयम) is one of five. The argument of this pāda (पाद) can then talk about powers without treating them as the property of one path.
Sanskrit in this line
a (अ) + au (औ) = au (औ). janma (जन्म) + auṣadhi (औषधि) is janmauṣadhi (जन्मौषधि). The first a (अ) is absorbed into the diphthong. -ja (ज) “born of,” plural -jāḥ (जाः), the same suffix as taj-jaḥ (तज्जः) in 1.50, now on a list of five sources.
Say it back
Name the five sources. Samādhi (समाधि) is the last, not the only.
