The phrases
yadi (यदि) governs tiṣṭhasi (तिष्ठसि). The two absolutives, kṛtya (कृत्य) and viśrāmya (विश्राम्य), share that subject. pṛthak (पृथक्) goes with kṛtya (कृत्य), and citi (चिति) is where the resting happens. sukhī (सुखी), śāntaḥ (शान्तः), and bandhamuktaḥ (बन्धमुक्तः) are the predicates of bhaviṣyasi (भविष्यसि).
Sanskrit in this line
adhunā (अधुना) plus eva is adhunaiva. śāntaḥ (शान्तः) before a voiced consonant is śānto (शान्तो), and bandhamuktaḥ (बन्धमुक्तः) before bhaviṣyasi (भविष्यसि) is bandhamukto.
