Adhyāya 8

Summary

Chapter 8 is Aṣṭāvakra (अष्टावक्र). Bondage is the mind that wants. When the I that wants is taken as real, there is bondage. The four verses put the knot in the mind, not in the world and not in a debt of deeds that knowledge would have to pay.

नेपालीमा

अध्याय ८ मा अष्टावक्रको भनाइ प्रस्तुत छ। बन्धन भनेको चाहना गर्ने मन हो। चाहना गर्ने म वास्तविक हो भनी मान्दा बन्धन हुन्छ। चार श्लोकले गाँठो मनमा राख्छन्, संसारमा होइन, र ज्ञानले तिर्नुपर्ने कर्मऋणमा पनि होइन।
