The line
For one who has left the stain within, who is free of the pairs, who has no wish, enjoyment that comes of itself is not for pain and not for satisfaction.

भित्रको कषाय त्यागेको, द्वन्द्वरहित, आशा नभएकोलाई आफैँ आएको भोग दुःखको निम्ति होइन, तुष्टिको निम्ति पनि होइन।
Where it sits
Astavakra is still speaking. Chapter 3 ends on enjoyment that arrives by itself.
Split: antaḥ (अन्तः) + tyaktakaṣāyasya (त्यक्तकषायस्य) + nirdvandvasya (निर्द्वन्द्वस्य) + nirāśiṣaḥ (निराशिषः) + yadṛcchayāgataḥ (यदृच्छयागतः) + bhogaḥ (भोगः) + na (न) + duḥkhāya (दुःखाय) + na (न) + tuṣṭaye (तुष्टये)

The phrases
The three genitives name one person, and antaḥ (अन्तः) marks tyaktakaṣāyasya (त्यक्तकषायस्य) as inward. bhogaḥ (भोगः) is the subject, yadṛcchayāgataḥ (यदृच्छयागतः) agrees, and each na takes one dative.
Sanskrit in this line
antaḥ (अन्तः) before tyakta is antas. yadṛcchayā (यदृच्छया) plus āgataḥ (आगतः) is yadṛcchayāgataḥ (यदृच्छयागतः), and before bh it is yadṛcchayāgato (यदृच्छयागतो). bhogaḥ (भोगः) before n is bhogo.

For what two ends is that enjoyment denied?
