पश्य भूतविकारांस् त्वं भूतमात्रान् यथार्थतः ।
तत्क्षणाद् बन्धनिर्मुक्तः स्वरूपस्थो भविष्यसि paśya bhūtavikārāṃs tvaṃ bhūtamātrān yathārthataḥ |
tatkṣaṇād bandhanirmuktaḥ svarūpastho bhaviṣyasi
The line
See the changes of the elements as nothing but the elements, as they truly are. From that moment you will be freed from bondage and standing in your own form.

The phrases
paśya (पश्य) is addressed to tvam and takes bhūtavikārān (भूतविकारान्), with bhūtamātrān (भूतमात्रान्) in apposition, manner yathārthataḥ (यथार्थतः). bhaviṣyasi (भविष्यसि) has two predicates, bandhanirmuktaḥ (बन्धनिर्मुक्तः) and svarūpasthaḥ (स्वरूपस्थः), time tatkṣaṇāt (तत्क्षणात्).
