The phrases

bandhaḥ (बन्धः) is described by tṛṣṇāmātrātmakaḥ (तृष्णामात्रात्मकः). tannāśaḥ (तन्नाशः) is the subject of ucyate, predicate mokṣaḥ (मोक्षः). prāptituṣṭiḥ (प्राप्तितुष्टिः) stands with the instrument bhavāsaṃsaktimātreṇa (भवासंसक्तिमात्रेण), and muhuḥ (मुहुः) muhuḥ (मुहुः) repeats it. The second half prints no finite verb.

Sanskrit in this line

bandhaḥ (बन्धः) before tannāśaḥ (तन्नाशः) is bandhas, and tat plus nāśaḥ (नाशः) doubles the n. The visarga of mokṣaḥ (मोक्षः) drops before u. prāptituṣṭiḥ (प्राप्तितुष्टिः) before m is prāptituṣṭir (प्राप्तितुष्टिर्), and the first muhuḥ (मुहुः) before m is muhur.
