The phrases

tasya owns both vāñchā (वाञ्छा) and dveṣaḥ (द्वेषः). na vāñchā (वाञ्छा) is located in viśvavilaye (विश्वविलये), and na dveṣaḥ (द्वेषः) in sthitau. tasmāt (तस्मात्) draws the consequence. dhanyaḥ (धन्यः) is the subject of āste (आस्ते). The two yathā (यथा) clauses set jīvikayā (जीविकया) beside sukham.

Sanskrit in this line

dveṣaḥ (द्वेषः) before tasya is dveṣas (द्वेष). tasmāt (तस्मात्) before dhanya is tasmād (तस्माद्) dhanya. dhanyaḥ (धन्यः) āste (आस्ते) stays धन्यआस्ते, vowels unjoined.
